Information You Give Us
- Free estimate form: your name, phone number and email address; whether it’s OK to text you; your service address if you add it; the services you’re interested in and details about the job (such as the rooms or pieces to clean, stains, size, materials and when they were last cleaned); whether you have pets; how you heard about us; and anything else you write in your message.
- Chat: your name, a callback number and your message.
- Calls, texts and emails: your phone number or email address and whatever you send us.
How We Use It
We use what you send us only to answer your request, give you an estimate, schedule and complete your cleaning, and send your invoice.
Estimate form and chat messages are emailed to our business inbox through our email delivery provider, Resend. If that service isn’t available, the estimate form sends the same information by email through FormSubmit as a backup, and the chat opens your device’s messaging app with your message ready for you to text to us yourself.
Text Messages
We only text you when you’ve told us it’s OK, for example by checking “It’s OK to text me at this number” on the estimate form or by texting us first, and only about your request, estimate or appointment.
Analytics and Cookies
To understand how people use this website and make it work better, we use:
- Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are viewed, how visitors found the site, their general location (such as city) and device type, and which buttons are used, such as Call, Text or Free Estimate. It also records when an estimate request or chat message is sent, with the services chosen on the estimate form, but not your name or contact details. Google Analytics uses cookies.
- Microsoft Clarity to see heatmaps and session replays of how visitors scroll, click and move through our pages, and to note when those buttons are used or a request is sent. We set Clarity to mask our estimate form and chat, so what you type there is not recorded. Clarity uses first- and third-party cookies.
- Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights from our website host, to count page views, measure how fast pages load, and count anonymous events such as taps on our Call and Text buttons and sent estimate requests and chat messages (with the services chosen, never your name or contact details). They report totals and don’t use cookies.
Google and Microsoft handle this data under their own policies: the Google Privacy Policy, how Google uses information from sites that use its services, and the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Your Choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. This website still works without them.
- You can stop Google Analytics from collecting data on any website with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- You never have to use the form or chat: you can call or text us at (971) 402-4244 instead.
We Don’t Sell Your Information
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with the service providers named on this page, which help us run this website, deliver your messages and take payments.
Payments
You can pay your bill through Square, Zoho Billing, Venmo or Zelle, or with cash or a check. Card and bank details you enter on those services go to them, not to this website, and each one handles your payment under its own privacy policy: Square, Zoho, Venmo and Zelle.
