Good Morning Steam Cleaning is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Sebastian and Emily Zito, who launched the company in Willamina, Oregon in late 2019. They personally handle every job with their own professional-grade, truck-mounted equipment, and their story in the cleaning industry began more than 20 years ago.

A few simple habits keep your carpet cleaner and healthier between professional cleanings:

• Use doormats and remove shoes prior to entering your home to reduce tracked-in dirt and allergens.
• Do not walk barefoot on your carpet — the oils from your skin seep into the carpet fibers, lock in dust and dirt, and remain there until your next professional cleaning.
• Vacuum at least twice weekly, and three times per week in high-traffic areas.
• Blot spills immediately with a clean, white cloth or paper towel. Work from the outside edge inward to absorb the moisture and prevent it from spreading or soaking further into the padding.
• Address stains with pH-balanced, non-abrasive solutions — incorrect pH levels can bleach the carpet or cause chemical burns that discolor the fabric. Harsh scrubbing, abrasive tools, or chemicals can unravel the twisted fibers of your carpet, creating fuzzy, worn patches that permanently alter the carpet's appearance.
• Rotate furniture to prevent uneven wear and deep indentations in your carpet.
